Star’s streamlined production processes make us very responsive to you – our very important customer. The time from when
you place your order until we ship it from our factory is typically 1 business day.

Packaging
A big concern in the delivery of our Braille paper products to you is that the same quality products that we send are delivered to you in the same condition as when shipped. Since paper products are heavy, they are susceptible to damage due to stacking and dropping. To solve this problem, we worked with our box supplier to construct a sturdy container that would withstand the rigors of shipping and handling. All of our Braille paper products are shipped in a specially made reinforced box with and additional stiffening liner. Effectively, this crush-proof box is triple-walled. We have tested it thoroughly and are satisfied that it will provide the best protection for your Braille paper order during transportation.
